- Academic Registrar: As the head of the office, the Academic Registrar reports directly to the Vice Chancellor and holds overall responsibility for academic matters.
- Deputy Academic Registrar: Ms. Rehema Eton, the current Deputy Academic Registrar, provides assistance to the Academic Registrar. She is situated at the faculty of Agriculture and Animal Science in Arapai.
- Assistant Academic Registrars: To ensure effective representation across all six campuses of Busitema University, an Assistant Academic Registrar is appointed for each campus. These individuals collaborate closely with the Academic Registrar and handle campus-specific academic affairs.
- Admissions and Student Records Section: This section, overseen by Mr. Ivan Mugabi, manages the admission process, maintains student records, and offers support to students regarding their academic needs.
- Teaching, Learning, Examination Management, and Curriculum Development Section: Mr. Willy Kisaka oversees this section, which focuses on curriculum development and review, examination management, and providing support for teaching and learning initiatives.
